Delivery & Returns

Standard UK Delivery is £5.95 and we aim to dispatch once payment is cleared within 2-5 working days (excluding bank holidays and weekends).
All deliveries require a signature.

Occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances delivery may be delayed, but you will be kept informed via email.

For overseas customers, please contact info@boughtwithloveinteriors.co.uk for a postage quote, before ordering.

Before you finalise and submit your order please ensure the delivery address is correct including the postcode.  Please also check your order confirmation as we will have to charge an additional fee should the parcel be dispatched with an incorrect address on.

Returns

If for any reason you would like to return all or part of your order, please EMAIL us within 7 working days of receiving the order (info@boughtwithloveinteriors.co.uk). Please tell us your order number along with the reason for returning, and if you would like a full refund or an exchange.

We do not cover the costs of returns (unless the item is faulty or damaged) so please ensure you send your returns with a tracked delivery service as we cannot be liable for lost goods and you will not receive a refund.

Please ensure when sending goods back to us that they are packaged in their original packaging, in perfect condition and safe for transit.

As soon as we receive the returned item, we will issue the refund back to your original payment method, this can take up to 7 working days to appear.

Packaging

We are conscious of our environmental footprint and therefore aim to do our bit! We only have paper bags in the shop and paper tissue paper for wrapping.

We re-use the packaging and boxes we have to package your items, and we also encourage you to recycle or re-use the packaging too.
